Looking to sell my 67 beetle. It’s been sat since the first COVID lock down and hasn’t been touched since. It’s currently a non runner and will need a good going over and recommissioned to get it back on the road. Last time I looked at it needed I noticed some rust starting on the driver side inner wheel arch. Looking for advice on how much it could be worth.

It has a 1641cc engine. Stainless steel exhaust and J tubes. Heaters and floors are in good condition. It has been rewired.
Bad parts.
Driver door seal has perished and split, bottom hinge on passenger side A pillar has started to rot and will need attention.
Previous owner tried to replace to top hinge ping on drivers side and hasn’t got done it correctly. I have a the original pin. I also have a pin removal tool but this has seized. I am soaking it in Plus Gas to hopefully free it off.
Accelerator pedal bracket sheered at some point and replacement has been bolted in.
