Dynamo to Alternator

I’m converting from Dynamo to alternator. Need help on how to wire it in.

There are two different types.
Does your alternator have a built in regulator (one big screw terminal and one small spade) or does it have an external regulator (multiprong connector).
Niether are difficult, just different.
I wrote an article about this for the Blether about 15 years ago, I’m sure you’ll have it lying around somewhere.
What car is it going into?

It has an internal regulator. One Big Screw terminal and a smaller spade terminal.

I am having to fit it into my van.
