If your looking for advice dont bother, its not worth the hassle. I thought that fitting 924/944 seats would easy, not too wide and quite shallow, so just weld onto original seat frame. Tried that and my head was crushed against the celiing when I got in the passenger side (never mind the drivers side and getting your legs under the steering wheel), not good . To get them to fit, I’ve had to reduce the height of the seat considerably. On the three point seats thats not easy, because the rear legs narrow down at the runners and you have to relocate the front runner much higher up. It took me 10 hours to re-engineer the seats and include extra bracing to make up for the lost strength, never again. If I’d had the two runner floorpans it would have been a 10 minute job, oh well. :rs
