Hi, I’m Colin I have been refurbing my 1971 T2 Bay Crossover Deluxe tintop for the past four years. I need new seats. Mice have been nesting quite happily but I feel its time for them to seek a new home. I would like to replace the original seats ( happy to sell them on ) with something not standard but more comfortable. Ive read about Saab 93 seats and MGBT seats and Rover 214 seats but not sure what non standard vehicle seats would be best. Any advice would be very welcome.

Hi Colin, welcome! I seen your bus when it was up at Robb’s getting some work done! What a beautiful bud, love the colour of it! The wheels look spot on too.
I have Porsche 911 tombstones in my bug, and have seen people use similar Porsche seats in their busses too. They’re pretty comfortable, maybe something to consider! I look forward to seeing the van out and about!
