well, finally done it,after all my gremlins i decided to take my bug to crail.managed to go 1/4 a mile and on came the ignition light and came to a halt.yeah you guessed it no bleedin petrol.what a dipstick,the petrol station was only 200 yards away but as it was over a busy roundabout my son and i didnt want to risk shoving it.i had to pay £4.99 for a petrol can typical i just bought 2 a fortnight ago.anyway sat in mcdonalds at 1030 this morning looking at the monsoon thinking will i wont i.who wants to stand in the pissin rain just to watch old beetles?yeah thats right quite a few,my mate paul was addament the sun was shining on the east coast. what an optimist.well we finally made it to crail at 2pm just when the best were leaving not to worry got there, got wet,got home,at least it wasnt like the titanics maiden voyage
