Could anyone use a small MIG welder ?
I got it at Machine Mart some years ago when I was at that stage and I’m way past that now so it’s just taking up space.
It won’t do heavy work but it’s fine for sheet metal so it’s ok for car repairs.
No charge to a club member who can use it . I could probably even deliver it if you live locally !

Hi, there’s a 14 yo in my village who is becoming interested in engineering. I recently gave him a small lathe and he’s enjoying using it , next step is teaching him to weld, so if the Mig is available it’ll go to a good cause.

No wanting to step in if it’s already taken but I’m getting towards needing to start welding the golf, so first refusal stays with you obviously but if he’s not after it, I’d take it to get started, then happy to donate it back if/when i upgrade.
