Hi everyone!

I have just moved to Glasgow, I bought my 1972 Bay last September in Oxford and drove her up to the borders via Bristol and Manchester. There were some new owner teething issues though and I wonder if anyone could recommend a good mechanic? The van is still in the borders.

The main issue is that it stalls when idling. I have the John Muir bible but no real technical expertise. For now I would just like to get her fixed by someone who knows what they’re doing and can also maybe teach me a bit.

Any help or tips would be ace!
