It’s not often I feel totally humbled by something but as a lifelong skater and complainer against the negative attitude towards the sport and for facilities I have to say this was very close to bringing a tear to my eye.

Wicked man, thats cool. The terrain there looks better than here. I too have always been into skating, not so much now cos i have too much fear and i no longer bounce off the ground like i used to.
I wish the authoroties here recognised the potential of skating as they do elsewhere in the world.
Has anyone seen the new park in sighthill yet? Not sure if its finished. Shame it took ed council about 20 years to make one…
