Newish members. I have a black '75 1200 Beetle… recently passed it’s MOT… and currently trying to sort out some cosmetics… would like to repray in the new future. My wife has a red '71 1300 due its MOT now… but we found a few issues that need to be addressed before we send her in… ie the battery was about to fall through the floor. We would like to get her red one restored to as near as new as possible…without it breaking the bank.
