Hi, does anyone know where to get the rubber sleeves for the heater ducts on a T2 / T25 part number 251255393 ? I have searched the usual suppliers to no avail. Perhaps it is a part which could be 3D printed?

I have found part no. 111-819-945 which claims to fit various beetles and T2 / T25. It does not look quite the same but I will get some and try.

On the right is the rubber gasket used on the T25. I cannot find this anywhere. On the left is the shorter rubber gasket used in the beetle which does fit the mufflers. I have ordered some of the red rubber ones but it would be nice to find the originals which someone in the past has lost. The mufflers were just flapping about loose!
Also I am missing two plastic tubes pictured below which connect the blower to the heat exchangers. These had also been removed by some garage in the past and lost. Without these the heating has no chance!!
Right ok I get what your looking for, I think those tubes your after will be metal no ?

Yes I have bought a 1981 T25 which has spent its life on Orkney! Those are the rubber boots that I have ordered from Just Kampers but the tubes you show are after the heat exchangers before the control pods. The ones I am missing are after the blower and before the heat exchangers.
Yes, I considered that but it would have to be 62mm diameter for the right hand sidebut the left has a mounting tab right at the end of the supply tube so the joining tube fits inside.
I have formed an adapter for the left side using some 68mm rainwater downpipe and solvent cement. I have ordered a length of 63mm flexible hose to connect the blower to the heat exchangers.
