These are actual traffic laws in place on Alabama’s highways and roads;

  1. It is illegal for a driver to be blindfolded.

2)Boogers may not be flicked from a vehicle in motion.

  1. A vehicle must have windshield wipers, windshield optional.

4)Men must wear pants and under garments while driving.

  1. Fishing from a moving vehicle is prohibited

  2. Horses are not to exceed 10 MPH within city limits.

  3. Tires must be affixed to at least 3 of 4 metal wheels on a vehicle.

  4. Taxi drivers are not to have sex while driving their taxi in traffic.

  5. any trailer being pulled must have at least 1 tire that is not flat.

  6. No primate is to operate a motor vehicle within the city of Huntsville…unless they have a licence and the owner of the vehicle is present.rasp
